A Fantasy and Sci-fi Short Story Website
About Me
I’m Technesis, a debut author, and this is my website. I’m proud to share my original fantasy and sci-fi short stories. I’m interested in fantasy, science-fiction, cosmic horror, and world-building. I hope you enjoy it.
As a teenager myself, I want to share my love of reading with other people. I hope that teenagers and adults enjoy these stories. I want to be a writer. So, as an aspiring writer, I have committed to publish regularly. Also, I work on different graphics and the images here were either created or modified by me.
Some of my favorite books, the ones that have inspired me, include the Lord of the Rings by J.R.R. Tolkien and the Chronicles of Narnia by C.S. Lewis. Eventually, I was introduced to Foundation by Issac Asimov and Jurassic Park by Michal Crichton. Each of these books have helped form me as a writer.
Content
Fantasy
Many of my fantasy short stories focus on magic and its affect on everything from people to power structures.
Serials
My first serial was about a young nation’s struggles in the midst of revolution and social upheaval: The Newspapers of Vision. My second serial is Into the Derelict.
Sci-fi
In addition to fantasy, I also write science fiction short stories. Here I focus on our future, what we dream it could be – and what it might become if we don’t work to change.
