Elections still have not yet arrived, at least, not real elections. The elections that have taken place just two days ago are nothing but reporter elections. Bow, many of you wonder at the meaning of the term ‘recruiter election.’ This being our first election here in Vision, it must be good. Instead, this recruiter election is a sign that Vision is once again falling.

A recruiter election is one where the previous members of the council or governing body are not replaced. Instead, new members are merely added, keeping the same people in power. This is not a good thing. We have seen with the old aristocracy how the love of power can corrupt even the good and the great, such as Fredrick Jarte. This recruiter election sets a dangerous precedent. If all of the other elections are recruiter elections, then we will have set up another aristocracy.

Voting is one of the main things for which we fought. We may not get that. Some may say that the people we currently have in government are good. I say that that does not matter. Some will reply that our government is comprised of revolutionaries. I say that that is a dangerous thing. The people who were in our government at the very beginning, just as we separated from the Eastern Empire, were leaders of the revolution. They began to love their power too much. The same thing may happen to our new leaders. The people who are best at leading a revolution are not the best people to lead the newly created government.

Originally we fought against tyranny. All of Vision rose up in revolt. This was a beautiful event and a necessary one. However, this is not what I am suggesting we do right now. At least not yet. If we again fought our government we would no longer be able to construct a new government in good faith. They would become afraid of us. We probably will have to rise up eventually. Even though they have disgraced Vision by letting the traitor Mordon Genette go free, even giving him command of the guard. However, despite everything, we must first show that we are listening. First, we must wait. But, we must be ready.

We must be warey of our government. The recruiter election was a bad sign. It brings into question the integrity of those in government. They do knew what is at stake. The members of the government were leaders of the revolution. It apears that they have abandond us, just like the people that lead us out of the Eastern Empire. We may have to start another revolution.

Our previous leaders made no secret who was in charge and who they thought was the best. Yet here we have people like Jamile King who lead the revolution. Jamile King told us that we would have a bright future together. It is obvious that she is lying. Jamile King is a tyrant. It has been said that she supports such deamons as Mordon Genette, Fredrick Jarte, and Lady Lila. After all, what other reason could she have for not going after the aristocrat, Genette? She will be Vision’s demise. We cannot let her continue. She will give us back to the aristocracy. We may need to once again revolt.
