Visions Triumph

We have grave news here. One of our allies, our dear ‘Friend of Utopia,’ had betrayed us. This is terrible news. He has helped us for a long while and even jump-started our two revolutions. He has been a great friend and like on our quest towards a utopia. Despite all of this he has now abandoned the cause. Vision is in a better position than ever. The famine will soon be under control, we have an elected government. So, we do not know why he would choose to speak out and slander us.
Though we condemn our ‘Friend of Utopia’ and his slanderous words, we do acknowledge our mistakes. We are not the greatest government to walk the earth, though we are the most egalitarian. So, to prove ourselves to you we have decided to go after certain sectors of old power and money. The Corporation SciTech, created by the disgusting tyrant Fredrick Jarte, is to be ended. They were founded by a traitor and will be dealt with accordingly. So, SciTech, a relic of our ignoble past, must be ended. We do not want the aristocrats to have a foothold on Vision even after they have left it.
At least, most of you. Some hate our Vision and would have it torn to the ground. One of those people goes by the name of Mordon Genette. He was once a ruling aristocrat. But he stepped down. He tried to worm his way into toe publics good grace. He wanted to destroy us from the inside out. But we wouldn’t let him. We recently found him hiding out by the Golden Spoon. It seems as if he was still trying to harm, still trying to sow dissent within our ranks. For, even as we found him he had been writing a counter-revolutionary letter. He was trying to deceive us. He committed treason, not against the government, but Vision and all of its people. There is only one fit punishment for treason of such a high degree. We had him executed.
So, we have started to create a new Vision. We are slowly beginning to purge our ranks of any who would harm us and our cause. We are becoming pure and egalitarian. Vision will reign. After all, we are a place of the people. With 1 thousand hearts, minds, and bodies all working as one, we can do anything. Even give Vision a clean slate.
